Details:

The POW/MIA flag is making the rounds through each of our 50 states. So far it has traveled through 30 states. Delaware is getting our turn on March 1-3, 2018. We will receive this reverent POW/MIA flag that started it’s tour from Grundy, Virginia on September 23, 2017. The purpose of the POW FLAG TOUR is to educate the public about American Prisoners of War and Missing in Action. To carry forward the message “You are not forgotten”. To support the effort to bring them all home. To draw national attention and awareness that since WW II there are 83,000 “still missing” members of our military that are unaccounted for. We invite you to join us on this journey through Delaware on this tour. There will be a book available to be signed by all supporters; later this year these two items will be added to the Smithsonian Institute in DC. Find us on facebook at A Hero’s Welcome Delaware and feel free to tag the event with #powflagtourDE.
