A Hero’s Welcome and the Warriors’ Watch Riders were contacted by Natasha Freeman, wife of our Hero. She told us her hubby, Capt Rahsul Freeman, USAF, is returning from Afghanistan on Wed. July 25, 2012.
On 7/28/2012 will make 20 yrs in the service. He’s a Logistic Readiness Officer. Rahsul is prior enlisted and will pin on Major on 1 Oct 2012. His hometown is Brooklyn, NY but their family has recently relocated to Camp H.M. Smith, Hawaii. Capt. Freeman will be assigned to the U. S. Pacific Command Headquarters.
Natasha and their son, Elijah are anxiously awaiting Rahsul’s arrival and would like us to help them in the celebration!!!
We can do it.. never did a welcome home in Hawaii.. but it’s time we started, don’ you think?????
From Natasha:
I just wanted you to know how grateful to God I am about his safe return and really wanted to honor him. He deployed individually so there was no huge send off and may not be a grand welcome home. But I’m ecstatic and extremely proud of the job he’s done. Thanks for considering my request and I certainly won’t be offended if you can’t make this happen with such short notice.
God Bless,
Natasha
