A Hero’s Welcome.. we have been asked by proud Grandparents Leo and June Dolan to do a mug & hug for their granddaughter SPC Shannon Nicole Simpson US Army 101st Airborne and her husband, Staff Sgt. Brian Simpson , both Medics.
Shannon suffered injuries in Afghanistan, and is still being treated near Ft Cambell,Ky, and may be discharged from the Army because of these injuries. Her Husband Brian plans on staying in . Shannon enlisted in Nov 2009 and was wounded in Nov 2010. Shannon went to Haverford HS, OJ Roberts HS ,Lehigh/Carbon CC and U of Phoenix. She is 24 and was married Dec 27, 2009. She was a cheerleader, and a pitcher on Varsity softball. Her parents are Laura and Chris. Shannon also has 3 brothers and 2 sisters. NOTICE: TIME and LOCATION CHANGED!
